The property features an old red bank barn. On the lower level (left in photo) is an area suitable as
an animal quarters or to store your tractor or boat (for Harvey's Lake, of course). The remainder of the bottom level
has a concrete floor, electricity and a work bench; it also is piped for sand-blasting equipment. The upper level has
the classic wooden floor and a loft for additional storage. There is a water line from the house and from a spring to
supply the water hydrant.
The barn overlooks a small pond -- great for fishing or just a leisurely row-boat ride. In the winter, it's great
for ice skating. In the summer, a small flock of wild ducks live there.
