The house has 3 Bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room, front porch, covered side stone patio,
laundry room. The heat is oil and hot water baseboard, and propane fuels the stove, oven and dryer. Outside the
kitchen is a small greenhouse. Under the house is a dirt-floor cellar. Two of the bedrooms have hard-wood floors,
and one has newer carpet. Many of the windows are tilt-in, easy-to-clean windows. Near the house is a detached
two car garage.
The kitchen features a newer gas stove and a gas oven. The floor is vinyl with a hard wood floor pattern.
The bathroom is on the first floor just off of the eat-in kitchen. It has a standard-sized bathtup/shower with tile
walls and newer white vinyl floor.
