Sharon H. Anderson, Ph.D., H.C.L.D.

Dr. Anderson received her Ph.D. in Reproductive Physiology from Penn
State University. She has been working as a Laboratory Director in private infertility practices in Pennslyvania
for over 10 years. Dr. Anderson can standardize IVF/ICSI protocols and establish the highest standards of quality that
lead to CAP/ASRM accreditation with distinction. She has extensive experience performing sperm and embryo cryopreservation
and in vitro fertilization. She has been successfully performing micromanipulation procedures such as intracytoplasmic
sperm injection (ICSI) and embryo assisted hatching since 1994. Over the years, Dr. Anderson has attended many medical
conferences, including ASRM, and visited many outside infertility centers, where she learned new technologies and developed relationships
with key thought-leaders in the field.
Dr. Anderson is board-certified as a High Complexity Laboratory Director
(H.C.L.D.) in both Embryology and Andrology by the American Board of Bioanalysts.
