Suzanne studied with three-time Olympic dressage rider Jessica Ransehousen,
who was also the Chef D'Equipe (coach) of the United States Olympic Dressage Team. She traveled with Jessica to Florida
for 5 years. In addition, Suzanne traveled to Europe with Michael Poulin, the 1992 Olympic Team member
and rider of "Graf George". She rode in Holland, Belgium and Germany. In addition, Suzanne spent
two seasons as a working student for Kathy VonErthfelda - the 1995 World Cup rider for the U.S.A. Suzanne
accompanied Kathy and her Hannovarian mount named "Dutch" to Florida for two years. Other instructors include Suzanne
Van Cyke from the Netherlands and Betsy Steiner in New Jersey. Suzanne trained the Dutch stallion "Joshua"

efforts were rewarded when "Joshua" was awarded Champion Stallion at the Hilltop Farm Oldenburg NA inspection.
As a young rider, Suzy achieved H-A status as a Pony Club member.
She also has many accomplishments as an Event rider throughout the 1990's. She successfully competed up to Preliminary
Level. In 1986, she was the Northeast Combined Training Champion!

Approach
"I teach a positive, progressive
approach to riding to enhance harmony and balance between horse and rider and improve the natural basic gaits of your
horse. My goal is to develop the six basic aspects in
the training of the horse—rhythm, suppleness, contact, impulsion, straightness, collection.
My style is to develop a friendly, fun and effective atmosphere
for teaching and training dressage. Together, we will tailor a program specifically to you and your horse based
on your experience, level and goals."
